This rare ring was created by Oscar Niemeyer in collaboration with H. Stern in 2008. It is one of the most exquisite transcription of architecture of a master of the 20th century into Jewelry.
‘If the line is the shortest path between two points, the curve is what makes the actual search for the infinite,’ said Niemeyer, explaining his preference for fluid lines and sinuous curves.
These curves baptize this ring. The design explores one of the key elements of architecture : perspective. The visual impression caused differs according to the angle through which one sees the jewels.
